One of the suspects in a theft at Ace Hardware in Indiana was sentenced yesterday.
Court documents show 42-year-old Patrick Serridge pleaded guilty to retail theft and theft by deception for the incident at Ace Hardware in Indiana on January 16th where he and 38-year-old Anthony Walker stole $1200 worth of merchandise.
Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco ordered Serridge to serve between three months to a day less than two years in county jail for each charge. The sentences will run concurrently.
