Troopers are continuing to search for Jacob Shane Penrose, 39, of North Apollo, PA, who is wanted for robbery relating to an incident yesterday evening in Indiana County.
Penrose may now be operating a silver 2006 Ford Escape SUV bearing Pennsylvania registration MDH6250, which was reported to have been stolen from a location along Gazda Road in Young Township, Indiana County today at approximately 12:30 p.m.
The stolen Ford Escape is described as having black plastic trim around its base and a persons with disabilities parking placard hanging from the rearview mirror.
The vehicle was last observed to be traveling in the area of SR 22 in Westmoreland County.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Penrose or the above stolen vehicle is asked to immediately contact Troop A, Indiana at 724-357-1960 or 911.
