The Penguins Sidney Crosby and some of his teammates spread out all over Pittsburgh yesterday to deliver season tickets to their fans, a tradition that began in 2007. Crosby also took time to say Pittsburgh is where he wants to play and he doesn’t want to have to keep answering questions about it. He even said he was surprised when his agent hinted last week the he would be open to a trade because of the Penguins’ in-progress rebuild. Crosby said, “This is where I want to be. I love it here.”
The Penguins prospects finished the Buffalo Sabres Prospects Challenge with a 6-3 win over the Sabres yesterday. Training camp begins in Cranberry on Thursday.
