The 24th annual Hoodlebug Festival was held on Sunday in Downtown Homer City.
The annual event drew many people in for food and drink, some good music, the annual parade and a car cruise. Festival organizer Penny Perman said that the cruise was one of the things eventgoers liked the most.
While exact numbers for the festival are not known, she said that attendance was good compared to previous years. She credited the good weather on Sunday for the excellent turnout.
Perman indicated that she and other organizers are eager to start work on next year’s festival.
