After last week’s routing of Duquesne, the Pitt Panthers are back on the field this afternoon with a game against Central Michigan. Pitt Coach Pat Narduzzi said yesterday that he is trying to instill in his players a mindset of respect for their opponents, despite them not being a power-four opponent and the Panthers being the odds-on favorite. The Panthers do know what that kind of loss feels like as they lost to Western Michigan 44-41 at home in 2021. You can hear the game starting at noon following the Oldies Attic on WCCS.
Meanwhile, Penn State takes on the Florida International University Panthers in Happy Valley, and WVU will face the Ohio Bobcats.
