A nine-year-old girl who was reported missing on Wednesday has been found dead.
Pennsylvania State Police confirmed Thursday morning that the body of Renesmay Eutsey was discovered submerged in the Youghiogheny River near Smithton in Westmoreland County. Her foster mother, 31-year-old Kourtney Malinda Eutsey, has been charged with criminal homicide in connection with the child’s death.
Renesmay Eutsey was last seen Wednesday morning in the 100 block of 3rd Street, Dunbar Borough. Investigators noted that her foster mother did not report the girl missing until 1 p.m. Wednesday.
