State Representative Jim Struzzi is holding an event to help people replace worn-out and unreadable license plates.
The event is being held in partnership with Indiana County District Attorney Robert Manzi and the Indiana Borough Police and County Sheriff’s office from 9:00 AM to noon on September 13th at the Indiana County Courthouse. An officer with Indiana Borough Police will check license plates during the event and will determine if a replacement is needed and start the process to get the new plate. A drug takeback box will also be set up to collect drugs and medicine that are expired or no longer needed. Officers will also test child car safety seats.
The event is open to the public. Anyone with questions can call Struzzi’s office at 724-465-0220.
