A Butler County man and a 19-year-old woman face charges after allegedly agreeing to exchange sex for money and drinking together at a Rockland Township cabin in April.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Comn reports, Lee James Rapsinski, 28, of Butler, is charged with patronizing prostitutes and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Michaela Mar Hofmeister, 19, of Prospect, is charged with promoting prostitution and underage drinking. Troopers said they responded to a domestic incident April 5, found alcohol, cash, and used condoms in the cabin, and learned the pair had argued over payment. Both later admitted the sex was consensual.
Preliminary hearings are set for Oct. 8 in Venango County Central Court.
