Altoona lost to Harrisburg, 6-2 while Richmond beat Akron, 3-2, to trim the Curve’s lead in the Southwest Division playoff chase to one game. Konnor Griffin and Termarr Johnson each had two hits and Griffin drove in a run and stole his 64th base of the season.
Emmanuel Chapman starts for the Curve tonight in the third game of the series.
