INDIANA BOYS DOMINATE IN JUNIOR HIGH CC WEDNESDAY

Indiana’s Junior High cross country teams took on Greensburg Central Catholic and Belle Vernon at Greensburg yesterday, and the boys dominated both while the girls beat GCC and were edged by Belle Vernon.

The boys beat GCC 17-46 and Belle Vernon 15-49, led by Gio Briscoe, Jackson Sharbaugh, and Oliver Ferraro, who finished 1-2-3, with Micah Taylor coming in fifth.  Briscoe finished the 2K in 11:11. The girls beat GCC 27-31 and lost to Belle Vernon 24-31.  Top finishers for Indiana were Paige Neal, who was second overall at 12:33, along with Ellie Reed, Kinley Barbus, and Hope Popson finished 9^th, 10^th, and 11^th respectively.
