Police in Beaver County have identified a suspect in an assault on an elderly woman that occurred earlier this month in Raccoon Township.
Investigators say the incident took place on August 21, when the victim confronted the suspect about $119 she believed he had stolen. During the altercation, the man allegedly pushed the woman to the ground and struck her, leaving her unable to get up on her own.
The suspect has been identified as 53-year-old Steven Bombiani. Bombiani is 6 feet tall and has brown hair with hazel eyes. He drives an older Ford F-150 and is known to frequent the Aliquippa area.
Authorities are working to locate him and ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact police.
