A Pittsburgh man is facing charges for allegedly stealing almost $400,000 from his elderly grandmother.
The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office says 45-year-old William Mason is facing multiple counts, including financial exploitation of a care-dependent person. Investigators say Mason had power of attorney for his grandmother when he took the money out of the 92-year-old woman’s bank accounts.
Mason has a preliminary hearing scheduled for September 15th.
