A man wanted in connection with a May assault in Jeanette is now in custody.
Police say that Ryan Meyers punched a woman in the face and strangled her in an incident earlier from earlier this year. He was later charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office says that officers located Meyers on Wednesday and that he was hiding in a bush when arrested.
