A babysitter is facing criminal charges after a toddler was found wandering alone in McKees Rocks last week.
Court documents show a child endangerment count has been filed against 42-year Rachel Grachen. Police found the two-year-old boy on Lake Street, near Broadway, around 7:30 a.m. on August 11th wearing nothing but a dirty diaper.
Grachen was supposed to be taking care of the child while his mother was at work and it took her nearly 30 minutes to realize he was gone, according to authorities.
