The United Way of Indiana County held a kick off event to mark the beginning of their 2025-26 campaign this evening.
The community gathered at the Indiana Country Club for food and refreshments to show their support. The event also featured a basket raffle and a fifty-fifty raffle. During the event, they unveiled their goal for the campaign — $724,211. Campaign Co-Chair Aaron Ludwig explained what the meaning is behind the number.
Co-Chair Rob Heinrich said for a goal like that, it takes the entire community.
When asked how he feels going into his first year as Director of United Way, Joe Fishell said he’s very excited to see the impact from both sides.
The next event being hosted by United Way is a golf outing on September 8th. You can find details about that on the United Way website.
