A Marion Center man charged with sexually assaulting a child is due in court today for a preliminary hearing.
Court documents show 42-year-old Gregory Paul Fisher, Jr. will go before District Judge Christopher Welch on charges of aggravated indecent assault of someone under 16, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, indecent assault of someone under 16, indecent assault and selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor. Indiana County District Attorney Robert Manzi said Fisher allegedly assaulted his victim several times over the summer of 2024.
This marks the third preliminary hearing attempt in this case. Fisher has been in Indiana County Jail on $100,000 bail since his arrest in May.
