Pennsylvania State Police reported an incident of strangulation that happened last week in Green Township.
On July 31st, troopers were called out to a location on Grisemore Road just after 11 pm for a domestic incident between 42-year-old Christopher Schleicher and his 16-year-old son. During the incident, Schleicher hit and placed his son in a chokehold, hit a 13-year-old female in the head, grabbed a 17-year-old male by the shirt and shoulder pushing and pulling him around and pushed an 18-year-old female back into a vehicle. Schleicher was taken into custody the following morning and housed at the Indiana County jail. He faces charges of strangulation, simple assault, and four counts of harassment.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 11th.
