The Indiana County Republican Party has announced two more vacancies they will look to fill on the November ballot.
In addition to the Indiana School Board 4-year seat and a two-year-term on Homer City Borough Council, the party is looking to fill a four-year-term on the Purchase Line School Board and a four-year-term for Inspector Of Elections in Montgomery Township. Due to the additional vacancies just reported, the party has extended the application deadline to July 27th at Midnight. Anyone interested in filling any of the four empty slots on the ballot can contact the Republican Party by emailing indianacountygop@gmail.com
After the application period closes, members of the county Republican committee will review applications to determine eligibility and conduct a meeting to vote on those who will fill the seat. That meeting is now set for July 31st at 6:00 PM.
