When the Steelers hold their first workout of training camp on Thursday, the temperature is expected to be in the low 90s with the heat index topping 100. Players report to St. Vincent College on Wednesday.
If you plan to go to St. Vincent to watch practice, the public sessions begin at 1:55 PM, and you are urged to keep hydrated. You’re encouraged to arrive at the parking lots when they open at 11:45 AM. Gates will open at noon, and while it’s free, you do need a mobile ticket.
