Pitt basketball coach Jeff Capel has recruited one of the top young players in Australia, rugged 6-7 forward Roman Siulepa, a 19-year-old former rugby player who played pro ball for the Hungry Jacks NBL in his native country last year before suiting up for the NBL Next Stars at the FIBA U19 World Cup, averaging 18.9 points and 8.1 rebounds per game.
Siulepa has reportedly already enrolled at Pitt.
