The radar update shows an area of rain with embedded thunderstorms moving east-northeast. The heaviest rainfall rates of 2-5″/hour will move into Lawrence County, PA shortly. Localized flooding is possible, particularly in poor drainage or urban areas. Do not drive across flooded roads!
Rain in Indiana County figures to start around 1 pm, with some possible heavy rain before 2.
