Looking at gasoline prices as we close out the holiday travel weekend:
Triple A says the national average per gallon of regular unleaded is at $3.14.. PA is at $3.31.
Local counties: Indiana stands at $3.50. Jefferson has the lowest at $3.30, Clearfield $3.42, Clarion $3.44, while Elk County has the highest in the region at $3.60 per gallon.
Last year the commonwealth average was $3.66.
