After blanking the Cardinals for three straight games, the Pirates got a chance to see what they felt yesterday as they were shut out by the Seattle Mariners. Greg Brown reports.
The Pirates return to action tonight against the Mariners. Mike Burrows, who is looking for his second victory this season, will start. He has a 4.15 ERA with 35 strikeouts. Luis Castillo will start for the Mariners. He is 4-5 with a 3.55 ERA and 79 strikeouts.
