The Pennsylvania State Police reported a one-vehicle crash that happened on Wednesday.
Officials say that 39-year-old Irish McCall of Commodore was traveling West on Valley Road in Green Township just before 4 pm. He was riding a homemade motorized bike. For an unknown reason, the throttle became stuck in the open position, preventing McCall from making a safe stop. He intentionally fell from the bike, causing multiple injuries. EMS was dispatched, but McCall refused treatment.
