Heavy rain remains the primary concern this afternoon and evening as a tropical airmass combines with a passing trough over the Ohio River Valley. Forecast models highlight areas northeast and east of Pittsburgh as most susceptible to training storms and intense rainfall rates that could lead to flooding.
Indiana County is under a flood watch until 10 pm.
