The Indiana Area School district is looking to find someone to fill a vacancy on the school board.
The board has an empty seat due to the resignation of Dr. James Shaffer. Interested candidates must submit a cover letter, resume and application to Anise Markle by July 9th at noon. Any applications without the cover letter and resume will not be considered. The board is expected to make their appointment at a special meeting on July 14th. The person selected for the job will serve in that seat until the first Monday of December of this year.
