White Townships Supervisors will met tonight and a contract for the township’s roof project is on the agenda.
Last month, the roof of the township office building was damaged as a severe hailstorm came through the county. That storm caused several leaks in the roof of the building. Since that time, a temporary seal has been put in place to keep water from leaking into the workspace, but manager Chris Anderson had said he felt there was enough damage to warrant an entire roof replacement. Since that time, he has been collecting bids for the project, and the insurance company made an inspection of the roof to determine how much will be covered.
The meeting starts tonight at 7:00 at the township office on Indian Springs Road.
