TOUGH LOSS IN EXTRA INNINGS FOR POST 493

SENIOR LEGION

Homer City Post 493 had chances in the bottom of the 6^th and 7^th but failed to drive in the winning run before Latrobe Post 515 scored five runs in the 8^th inning to down the Bearcats 8-3.  Homer City loaded the bases with one out in the 7^th, but couldn’t get the timely hit.

Brayden Rado had two hits, walked twice, and drove in two runs for Post 493 and Devlan Kordish and Brady Frazer both had two hits.  Mason Fridley had three hits and drove in three runs for Latrobe and Tyler Smith had three hits.

HC is 3-5 with a home game against Hempfield East today.
