State police have charged a Clymer man with disorderly conduct after an incident early Saturday morning.
Troopers were sent to an apartment complex in the 200 block of 6th Street in Clymer for a welfare check and found 26-year-old Zachary Slate under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance. He became irate at the troopers, slamming doors and throwing dish soap in the hallway, and screamed and swore at the officers while outside the building.
Two charges of disorderly conduct were filed with District Judge Christopher Welch’s office.
