State police from the Punxsutawney barracks are looking for the owner of an electric scooter that they found.
The scooter, a 13 Moto F, was found in Hemlock Lake Park at the edge of a parking area near the bathroom on the West Deer Lake side of the Banks Township park. It was described as orange and black in color, and with it was a cooler backpack with several miscellaneous items.
