After losing the first five games of a six-game series against New Hampshire, four by shutout, Altoona’s offense finally came through yesterday in the series finale, as the Curve banged out a season-high 17 hits in an 11-5 win on Sunday.
Aaron McKeithan had three hits, including a home run, Imanol Vargas also had three hits, and Brendan Dixon, Mitch Jebb, Tres Gonzalez, and Termarr Johnson all had two hits.
The Curve come home for their longest homestand, back-to-back six-game sets against Erie and Richmond, starting tomorrow night.
