The Altoona Curve and the Akron Rubber Ducks finally got to play yesterday, but Altoona was swept in the double-header by scores of 6-3 in game one and 5-0 in game two.
In the first game, Tres Gonzales doubled and had two RBI while Nick Cimillo had a triple and an RBI. In the late game, the Curve were limited to two hits in the shutout loss. The two teams will play again tonight before having another double-header on Sunday.
