United way of Indiana County has announced the appointment of a new Executive Director, Joe Fishell.
Fishell has years of experience in education and community development and is dedicated to continuing the United Way’s legacy of partnering with local organizations to improve the quality of life for all residents of the Indiana community. As Executive Director, Mr. Fishell will focus on enhancing partnerships, growing community engagement, and expanding support for programs that address the most pressing needs in the county, particularly in the areas of education, financial stability, and health.
In a statement, Fishell said he is “honored to join the United Way of Indiana County and excited to work alongside dedicated community members, partner agencies, and volunteers.”.
