From the US National Weather Service
A marginal (1 out of 5) risk for severe weather persists for today. All hazards are possible: isolated tornadoes, gusty winds, flash flooding, and small hail. Severe weather chances decline after sunset. See below for the approximate timing of storms in your neck of the woods.
In addition, a Flood Watch has been issued through early Thursday morning for portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including Westmoreland County, and northern West Virginia. Heavy rainfall totals, particularly Wednesday afternoon and evening, may create instances of flash flooding. Remember: Turn Around, Don’t Drown!
