Last night, the Purchase Line School Board approved advertising the 2025-26 budget, which contains no tax increases for residents in Indiana or Clearfield Counties.
The $22,743,709 budget includes a gap of $1,112,464 between expenses and revenues. Superintendent Patricia Berezansky said that they will be able to money from the district fund balance to cover the deficit, but that will not be the only solution.
The budget returns to the board for final approval on June 16th.
The board also approved continuing its contract with Canton’s Driving School for the next school year, and elected Breanna Voris to continue to serve as the School Board Secretary through June of 2029.
