A Northern Cambria man was cited following an incident Wednesday afternoon in Cherry Tree Borough. State police from the Indiana barracks say they responded to a disturbance at a home along High Street around 4:44 p.m. and found a 19-year-old man was struck in the face by 48-year-old James Murphy. He was cited for harassment.
