The plows are still hooked onto the trucks, but PennDOT is beginning the process of shedding winter mode and moving into the spring season. Tree trimming operations begin tomorrow along Route 119 from Home northward, passing through Rayne, East Mahoning, and North Mahoning townships.
Traffic will be reduced to a single lane controlled by flaggers as needed in each area from tomorrow to March 21st, weather permitting. The northern limit for the work is Behm Road.
