Chili fans came to the Artist’s Hand on Saturday for the Downtown Indiana Chilli Cookoff.
Twelve competitors brought their best chili and cornbread for the contest judged by the public. The winners included:
Best Cornbread: Mackenzie Gum
Best Student Chef: Madison Macchia
Best Home Cook: Amanda Chriswell and Gilbert Widenhofer
Best Pro Chili: Romeo’s
Best Overall: The Road House

Over 60 people took part as tasters in the event, which was a fundraiser for Downtown Indiana.
