Now that the General Assembly is back in session, State Representative Jim Struzzi has begun reintroducing legislation that didn’t make it across the finish line in the last session. That includes three bills to address energy issues: by eliminating RGGI regulation, another to eliminate negative regulatory impact on electricity prices and a third to create an independent energy office. There are seven other bills and three resolutions.
