A company that produces packaged broccoli sold in Walmart stores is conducting a voluntary recall. Braga Fresh packages ready-to-eat 12oz broccoli florets under the Marketside brand.
The company says there are listeria concerns on a single production batch that has a ‘best if used by date’ of December 10th 2024. While many may have already used the products, some may put it in their freezer.
There have been no reports of anyone getting sick from the broccoli but consumers who may have a package covered by the recall are encouraged to throw it out.
