The NFL has set kickoff for the Steelers’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals to 8 o’clock on Saturday night, moving the game up a day. With the Bengals fighting to get into the playoffs and the Steelers trying to swipe the AFC North crown away from the Ravens, there could be a lot at stake. The Ravens play the Browns, also on Saturday, at 4:30. If Cleveland can pull off the upset, the Steelers will still have a chance at first place and a home playoff game against the Chargers.
If the Ravens beat the Browns, the Steelers will be either the number five or six seed as a Wild Card team. A five seed would put the Steelers in Houston to play the Texans in the first round of the playoffs. A six seed would get them another game at Baltimore.
The Bengals can make it into the playoff field if they win and if the Broncos and Dolphins both lose.

- New England Patriots is now in line for the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. There is a four-way tie between the Patriots, Browns, Titans, and Giants for the worst record in the NFL at 3-and-13 heading into the final weekend. If all four lose their final game, the Patriots would get the top pick based on strength of schedule, followed by the Titans, Browns, and Giants.
- The Eagles’ Saquon Barkley needs just 101 yards rushing in Sunday’s game against his former team, the Giants, to break Eric Dickerson’s single-season rushing record of 2,105 yards. Barkley ran for 167 yards yesterday against the Cowboys.
- Raiders rookie tight end Brock Bowers broke a pair of NFL records in the team’s win over the New Orleans Saints. He passed Mike Ditka’s 63-year-old mark for most receiving yards in a season by a rookie tight end (the NFL had only a 14-game season back in 1961.) Bowers also set the NFL record for most catches in a season by any NFL rookie, with 108.
