A sentencing hearing today is 37-year-old Joshua Burgess of Indiana.
He pleaded no contest to two counts of theft by unlawful taking related to an incident on April 4th of 2022. On that day, police said he went to a vehicle repair shop on North 2nd Street and took his vehicle back without paying the $5000 owed for repairs.
