The Teddy Bear Fund Drive collection week enters day three with a challenge.
From 8 AM until 12 noon today, if the Teddy Bear Fund Drive raises $1000, Senator Joe Pittman has promised he will match that $1000 in a donation to the fund drive. Money will be collected this morning at the intersection of 7th and Philadelphia Streets in Indiana Borough throughout the day, and we will continue our broadcasts from The 700 Shop from 8-10 on WCCS and for the rest of the day on WDAD.
So far this week, $6700 has been raised for the Teddy Bear Fund Drive to benefit child health care at IRMC and the Free Care Fund of Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
