Grubhub is paying $25 million to settle accusations that it misled customers about the cost of their delivery.
The Federal Trade Commission had also accused the delivery service of misleading drivers about how much they could earn. The practice in some cases resulted in a delivery that cost twice as much as what was originally advertised.
As part of the settlement announced on Tuesday the company must tell customers the full cost of delivery.
Several restaurants in Indiana County use Grubhub for pick-up but not delivery.
