A Pittsburgh man was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court for charges of reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
32-year-old Daniel Lukehart was ordered to serve a total of four years of probation for guilty pleas to the two charges. Other charges including two counts of child endangerment, terroristic threats and simple assault were not prosecuted as part of the deal. The case goes back to March of 2021. Yesterday’s guilty pleas put a halt to jury selection in his trial, which was scheduled to start Monday.
