The Indiana Area Collaborative Team reported that while there was an increase in the number of visitors to the community, there were no large or unruly gatherings reported.
IUP police did note an increase in foot and vehicle traffic in and around campus. There were 21 calls for routine service and three arrests were made by police for DUI, Underage Drinking and other crimes. Indiana Borough Police made four arrests, three of them non-IUP students with charges ranging from public drunkenness to underage drinking and a criminal mischief case. State police reported no significant incidents or arrests related to Homecoming.
While Citizens Ambulance did report two intoxicated patients on campus, Indiana Regional Medical Center did not report any uptick in activity.
