For the first time this season, Russell Wilson was a full practice participant for the Steelers, finally signaling progress in his recovery from a calf muscle injury. He will be the number two QB behind Justin Fields Sunday night against the Cowboys at Acrisure Stadium.
The Steelers will be hoping for a better start on both sides of the ball Sunday than they had at Indianapolis last week, when they fell behind 17-0.
Justin Fields says they got it together in the second half against the Colts and he is looking to make sure they play like that from the opening kickoff against Dallas.

Linebacker Nick Herbig was back at practice in a limited capacity but will be ready to start on Sunday and defensive lineman Keeanu Benton was upgraded to full participation. However, defensive end Larry Ogunjobi was added to the injury list, limited by a groin injury.
Chris Boswell is the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month. He leads the AFC in field goals, with 11, and in field goals of 50 or more yards, with five. His only miss this season in 18 kicks has been a 62-yard attempt last week.
Sixty former NFL stars have advanced to the next stage of voting for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Among them are the Steelers’ Andy Russell and L.C. Greenwood, and former Pitt star Bill Fralic. All three of them would be posthumous elections, should any of them get in.
