The White Township Supervisors Wednesday night approved advertising for a stormwater project for Heritage Run.
Township Manager Chris Anderson said that the project has been a long time coming. and he also talked about some of the goals of the project.
Bids will be opened in November. With paving, the project is expected to take six to eight months. The project will start sometime this winter.
The supervisors also approved trick or treat times for 6-8 PM on Thursday, October 31st. The supervisors also approved holding the annual Halloween house decorating contest, with a few modifications. This year, residents may nominate their own homes, or the homes of their friends or neighbors with their permission, provided the home is within the township. The winners in both the daytime and nighttime categories will be selected by people visiting the township’s website, whitetownship.org.
