Altoona certainly did not have the kind of season it wanted, but the Curve finished it up with a win yesterday, 5-1 over Richmond. Jase Bowen and Eli Wilson hit back-to-back home runs in the 5th for the Curve and Endy Rodriguez, playing DH, had two hits, completing his rehab assignment in Altoona and moving on afterward for more rehab time with Indianapolis, which has one more week to play.
Altoona finishes the season 62-76. The Curve went 29-40 in the first half and 33-36 in the second half.
305,598 fans attended Curve games in 2024. It’s the first time since 2007 and 2008 that the Curve have recorded over 300,000 in total attendance in consecutive seasons.
