State police say a Dayton man suffered minor injuries in a crash earlier this month in neighboring Armstrong County.
Troopers from the Kittanning barracks say they were summoned to a one-vehicle crash along State Route 1018 near Country Road around 9:30 a.m. on August 15th after 33-year-old Nicholas Ellenberger veered off the roadway and through a wooded area before coming to a stop in a small stream. Ellenberger was injured and taken to Armstrong County Medical Hospital for treatment. His truck was eventually towed out of the stream.
No one else was in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Ellenburger was charged with a summary traffic violation.
